部門(mén)概況

復(fù)旦大學(xué)全球合作促進(jìn)中心（Center for Advancing Global Collaboration，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CAGC）成立于2025年1月，是學(xué)校二級(jí)公共服務(wù)單位，旨在系統(tǒng)推進(jìn)大學(xué)高水平對(duì)外開(kāi)放體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新與能力建設(shè)。

根據(jù)全球合作越來(lái)越趨向于“廣領(lǐng)域、多學(xué)科、跨部門(mén)”的新發(fā)展要求，本中心協(xié)同國(guó)際合作與交流處、留學(xué)生工作處、科學(xué)技術(shù)研究院、文科科研處、教務(wù)處、研究生院、上海醫(yī)學(xué)院，以及校內(nèi)相關(guān)教學(xué)科研單位，共同推動(dòng)學(xué)校全球合作重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。

中心下設(shè)三個(gè)職能部門(mén)：重大項(xiàng)目部、戰(zhàn)略策劃部和服務(wù)保障部。

主要職責(zé)

統(tǒng)籌、引領(lǐng)和推進(jìn)復(fù)旦大學(xué)全球合作事業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，具體包括：

1.重大全球合作項(xiàng)目的發(fā)掘與培育
在全校范圍內(nèi)牽頭發(fā)掘、培育、創(chuàng)建、拓展和推進(jìn)具備“廣領(lǐng)域、多學(xué)科、跨部門(mén)”特色或獨(dú)特價(jià)值的重大全球合作項(xiàng)目，通過(guò)項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)班與動(dòng)態(tài)管理機(jī)制，確保項(xiàng)目持續(xù)發(fā)展與高質(zhì)量實(shí)施。

2.國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)合作平臺(tái)的建設(shè)與管理
負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)起、建設(shè)和管理具有“前瞻性、創(chuàng)新性、引領(lǐng)性”的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)合作平臺(tái)，策劃、組織或保障有影響力、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)品牌活動(dòng)，提升學(xué)校在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的品牌影響力與服務(wù)支撐水平。

3.全球合作戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與統(tǒng)籌
參與制定學(xué)校全球合作戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和發(fā)展重點(diǎn)，研究全球合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局及區(qū)域性節(jié)點(diǎn)建設(shè)，開(kāi)展頂層設(shè)計(jì)、資源配置、過(guò)程支持和效果評(píng)估，持續(xù)增強(qiáng)學(xué)校參與全球科技合作與教育治理的核心能力。

Center for Advancing Global Collaboration (CAGC)

The Center for Advancing Global Collaboration (CAGC) is a university-level platform dedicated to strengthening Fudan University’s capacity for global engagement. By working closely with administrative offices and academic departments, the Center drives forward Fudan’s major multidisciplinary initiatives in global collaboration. Its core mission includes:

• Major Projects: Developing flagship collaborations that bring together diverse fields and create lasting impact.

• Academic Platforms: Building forward-looking international platforms and signature events that strengthen Fudan’s voice in global academia.

• Strategic Planning: Shaping the university’s international strategy, expanding networks, and enhancing its contribution to global research and education.

Through these efforts, CAGC strives to expand opportunities for collaboration, inspire innovation, and amplify the university’s global presence.
